Something truly dazzling is lighting up the night at EPCOT — and no, we’re not just talking about the fireworks. With the brand-new GEO-82 Lounge now officially open, Disney adults finally have a stylish, air-conditioned escape to enjoy EPCOT’s nighttime spectacular in a whole new way.
But how does the fireworks view actually stack up when you’re watching from this sleek new space? We grabbed a cocktail, settled in, and watched the skies to find out. Here’s everything you need to know before booking your spot.
GEO-82 is a brand-new adults-only lounge (ages 21 and up) located within Spaceship Earth. It blends EPCOT’s retro-futuristic roots with a modern, elevated vibe — think bold lighting, mid-century lounge seating, and just the right dose of space-age nostalgia.
Having its official debut on June 4th, GEO-82 brings a refined energy to EPCOT that feels totally unique — and yes, cocktails and tasty bites are involved.
But once the sun sets and the lights begin to dim, this elevated space shifts into something even more magical.
At night, GEO-82 becomes a front-row seat to the sky. With the launch of EPCOT’s new Fireworks Experience, the lounge transforms into one of the most unique viewing locations in the park.
We were stunned by this gorgeous view! Especially during the summer, when you’ve spent all day out in the sun and want a break to watch the fireworks. This is a great choice. The music is played in the lounge, too!

A fireworks package will also be available for an additional cost of $179, and the tables closest to the windows will be reserved for that fireworks viewing experience package. Now, the booths further away also offer a pretty good view, and those don’t require a special reservation or purchase (other than the normal one needed to get into the lounge) — however, you’ll want to plan your reservation time close to the fireworks to prepare in advance!
Whether you’re a longtime EPCOT fan or just looking for a unique way to watch the nighttime spectacular, the Fireworks Experience at GEO-82 feels like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

It kind of depends. I’d never spend the money for their package. But I’ll watch the fireworks from a booth further back. Sometimes it’s just better to be right out by the lagoon. I like watching Happily Ever After from the Trader Sam’s Terrace but it’s better to see it inside the park with the projections.
