It Just Got EASIER to Find Breakfast in Disney Springs

Finding breakfast at Disney World can sometimes be more difficult than it should be, but one of our favorite restaurants just made breakfast a little bit easier.

If you’re heading to Disney Springs in the morning, we found a new spot for a quick breakfast you have to try.

Summer House on the Lake is now offering a grab-and-go breakfast!

The breakfast menu includes five items: the Summer House Cinnamon Roll served warm with vanilla glaze, the Breakfast Taco with scrambled egg, cheddar, and a flour tortilla with an option to add bacon, and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a soft bun with Fresno pepper sauce. There’s also Fresh Fruit, including cantaloupe and honeydew, the option of watermelon or pineapple, and a Yogurt & Granola Parfait with berries and Greek yogurt.

This on-the-go breakfast will be served bright and early at 9 AM.

If you haven’t been to Summer House on the Lake, located on the West Side of Disney Springs, you should check it out.

We love this restaurant for its fresh California cuisine. The atmosphere is laid-back, relaxed, and bright. They also have a walk-up cookie bar attached, where you can grab one of their large and delicious cookies. They also have a Martini Hour we love to go to.

Next time you go, we recommend the Potato Salad Deviled Eggs, which reminded us of a summer picnic, and the Ahi Tuna Watermelon Tostadas, which have perfectly balanced flavors and textures.
