Something NEW Just Opened at Disney World’s Chicken Guy Restaurant, and You’re Gonna LOVE It!

One of the biggest Disney Springs restaurants is expanding!

Chicken Guy — the iconic quick-service spot owned by celebrity chef and Mr. Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives himself Guy Fieri — has been one of the most popular (and busiest) restaurants at Disney Springs since it opened in 2018. Well, this restaurant just improved — find out how!

Now, the restaurant, which offers “irresistible quick bites — including all-natural chicken tenders, sandwiches and salads that can be paired with a variety of house-made sauces perfect for dipping, slathering or smothering,” has added a brand-new outdoor seating area to meet some of that demand.

We’d been keeping tabs on the progress of Chicken Guy’s outdoor seating area for a while now, and on our most recent visit to Disney Springs, we were told it would be opening that day. How lucky!

As always, the need for the new seating area was evident in the large lines of fans waiting to get their hands on some saucy chicken sandwiches.

Those waiting in said line had the ability to peruse a physical version of the restaurant’s menu…

… including a look at the currently available holiday specials. (Speaking of which, we could go for one of those Holiday Cookie Shakes right now….)

Finally, the new seating area did open… and suffice to say, it was crowded! But this new outdoor seating area is definitely a welcome addition to Chicken Guy and should help alleviate some of the space and crowding issues.
