It’s no secret that Dole Whip is one of the most iconic snacks in Disney World. It’s right up there with Mickey Ice Cream Bars and Mickey Pretzels, for sure.
While we’re fans of classic Dole Whip, some of our favorite ways to enjoy Dole Whip are the new, exciting flavors and concoctions Disney comes up with. If you’re someone who enjoys alcohol and Dole Whip together, we have the absolute best news — there’s a new Dole Whip in EPCOT that you’re about to LOVE.
At La Cantina de San Angel in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion, a new Tequila Sundae has just been introduced for $10. This is made with Tequila 100% de agave, lime sorbet, spicy tamarind candy, and a chile lime rim.
Not only is this Dole Whip good, but it’s our reporter’s FAVORITE way to eat Dole Whip now. If you’re a classic lime margarita fan, this tastes JUST like key lime dessert, which is fantastic for us. People in EPCOT kept asking us where this new treat came from — it was POPULAR!
The lime flavor is so delicious and bright and the extra chili rim adds just the right but of heat kick to it to up your flavor experience. The tamarind candy stick is a classic Mexican snack and honestly appeals to your childish fun side, and we think it was a great choice to add this “authentic” snacks to this treat.
Honestly, unless you’re not a fan of lime or alcohol (or the two together), we have a hard time finding anything we dislike about this. We only wish we could order 10 of them, but that would NOT go well for us (or anyone around us, for that matter).
