NEWS: Oogie Boogie Bash Has Sold Out in Disneyland

One of the biggest parties of the year at Disneyland Resort is Oogie Boogie Bash.

The special ticketed event happens at Disney California Adventure on select nights in August, September, and October. Buying party tickets is usually a source of great frustration for many, and tickets generally sell out in minutes. However, this year, tickets — which went on sale in June — have only just sold out now.

Yes, as of today, July 6th, tickets for Oogie Boogie Bash have finally sold out. Tickets for Inspire Magic Key holders went on sale on June 25th, while other Magic Key holders were allowed to buy tickets on June 26th. Tickets went on sale to the public on June 27th, so it took over a week for tickets to sell out this year.

This year’s event will feature villain treat trails, including some rare villains you can only see during the event, like Agatha Harkness, Ernesto de la Cruz, Lotso, and Sid from Toy Story. Ticket holders will also get a chance to see the Frightfully Fun Parade, Mickey’s Trick and Treat Show, and other entertainment. There will also be exclusive snacks, special event-specific merchandise, and unique photo ops.

As Oogie Boogie Bash is a limited ticket event, you’ll also get a chance to ride attractions with shorter lines than normal, including the highly popular Guardians of the Galaxy: Monsters After Dark Halloween overlay.

If you happen to have tickets to this year’s party, you’ll be able to enjoy all the party offerings, as well as early admission into Disney California Adventure (Oogie Boogie Bash ticket holders can enter the park three hours before the party’s official start time). If you didn’t manage to get tickets, you can still enjoy a lot of what Halloween Time at Disneyland has to offer, including special snacks and Halloween decor in both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
