A NEW Must-Have Souvenir Arrived at Universal Orlando, and Disney Fans Are JEALOUS!

Okay, we think everyone might have an opinion on one specific theme park souvenir: the bubble wand.

Kids love bubble wands — they can’t get enough of them. Many parents think they’re overrated and overpriced. We might even argue they’re a bit of a waste of money in theme parks, but Universal Orlando might have just convinced us otherwise. That’s because Universal has taken the simple bubble wand and given it a SERIOUS upgrade.

We recently visited Universal Orlando Resort to check out the new daytime parade, Universal Mega Movie Parade, but while we were there, we started seeing something new in the shops: bubble wands inspired by Trolls, Minions, and Jurassic World. Okay, so these already look like a lot of fun, right?

These bubble wands interact WITH the parade!

But these are not just regular old bubble wands. Sure, they make bubbles (as you would expect), but they’re also interactive. They interact with each other as well as some of the floats in the new parade.

A Team Member at one of the Universal shops explained how the new interactive bubble wands work. We got a demonstration of how they interact with each other, PLUS an explanation about how the bubble wands react to floats in the parade. How fun!
