We’ve seen wait times shoot up in the parks over the past few weeks as spring break crowds have filed into the parks to celebrate their time off of school. That also means that Genie+ prices have been very high and have even sold out along with many Individual Lightning Lanes. But now, Genie+ has DROPPED in price for the first time in two weeks!

For the past two weeks, the Magic Kingdom and Multiple Parks options have been at $39, the highest we’ve ever seen it so far this year. The past two weeks have also been peek Spring Break season, likely indicating the reason behind these high Genie+ prices.

However, here’s what prices are looking like today, April 6th! While they’re still high, it appears that the prices are finally coming down.

This is a pretty significant drop all things considered, and it may show that crowds are dropping, or at least that Disney expecting them to slow down. So, if you’re visiting the parks in the coming weeks before summer officially begins, you may finally see some lower crowds.

However, keep in mind that as we get closer to summer, schools will be out of session, and families tend to vacation most often during the summer season. Crowds may be coming down now, but summer is likely to pick up again. Also, in the summer temperatures will begin to rise, so be sure you’re taking breaks and keeping yourself hydrated to avoid overheating.
