Unlock a PRIZE in EPCOT For Eating These 5 Foods

It’s hard to believe, but we’re just a few weeks away from the 2024 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival.

Disney just recently revealed a ton of new details about the festival, too. For example, we just got the full menus for all the food booths at the festival and the full line-up for the Garden Rocks concert series. We’ve also had confirmation that the Garden Graze Stroll will return this year, and now we have a full list of all the menu items you can choose from for the stroll!

The Garden Graze Stroll work is the PERFECT excuse to eat your way around EPCOT — and win a prize in the process. It’s like a fun, delicious scavenger hunt.

Garden Graze 2023

Here’s how it works: find the page in the festival passport that lists the Garden Graze food items. Pick five items from that list — you’ll get a sticker for each item you purchase. Once you’ve added all five stickers, you can get a prize. Last year’s prize was a Dole Whip and some wildflower seeds!
