The BEST Places to Watch the Super Bowl at Disney World

If you’re a football fan, you’ve probably already made plans for Super Bowl Sunday, which happens on February 11th.

Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort

But let’s just say you’ll be in Disney World during that time. Disney World doesn’t go ALL out for the Super Bowl, but you will often find some snacks themed around the event. You’ll also find some great places to watch the game, and we’re here to give you some of the best.

Rix Sports Bar & Grill at Coronado Springs

If you’re looking for a classic sports bar to watch the Super Bowl, Rix Sports Bar & Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs could be THE place to go on February 11th. The bar has 31 TV screens to view the game on and will be the PERFECT place to meet other sports fans.

The eats here are pretty good, too. You can get standard sports bar food like Chicken Wings and Chicken Tenders but don’t sleep on the Watchos (nachos with waffle fries).

Your Hotel Lounge

Don’t feel like traveling to another resort to watch the game? If you’re staying at a moderate or deluxe resort, just hop on over to your resort’s lounge. Almost all of these lounges have TVs and they’ll be tuned into the Super Bowl on the big day.

Crew Cup Lounge

Some of our favorites include Crew Cup Lounge at Disney’s Yacht Club and Geyser Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Even Belle Vue Lounge at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn has a TV to watch the game on, so if you’re looking for a slightly more upscale experience with some 1930s theming, you’ve got an option for that.

City Works Eatery and Pour House

You want to be with a LOT of other sports fans? Well, City Works in Disney Springs is where things are really happening in Disney World when it comes to the Super Bowl. It’s got everything you need including great game day snacks, a ton of beers on tap, and 17 HUGE HDTVs.

This is where you’ll find a LOT of folks on Super Bowl Sunday, so be sure to get your reservations in while you can!

Splitsville Luxury Lanes

Yes, you should go to a bowling alley for Super Bowl Sunday, so we’re recommending Splitsville Luxury Lanes in Disney Springs. You can bring your whole group and even those who aren’t as into the game can entertain themselves with bowling.

There’s also a lot of food here that’s perfect for game day plus a little something to please everyone. In the past, Splitsville has hosted Super Bowl parties.

Your Hotel Room

Of course, if you’re not wanting to get social with a bunch of strangers, you can always stay in your room, grab some food via Mobile Order or Table Service To-Go, and have your own Super Bowl party in your comfy hotel room.

Just watch the game from your hotel room!

This is probably the easiest option and doesn’t require you to make reservations anywhere! Just lay around on your hotel bed and watch the game comfortably!

Hotel Pool Bar

If you don’t want to stay cooped up in your room, but still don’t want to go too far, many hotel pool bars have TVs and they will likely be tuned into the Super Bowl on the day.

The best part about this is you can take little breaks and go for a dip in the pool plus this will provide fun for just about EVERYBODY, including those non-football fans in your group. Many pool bars also have game-worthy snacks.

Wherever you choose to view the Super Bowl in Disney World, you’re bound to have a good time!

  1. Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, Valentines Day all within four days! We were there last year at that time also. We grabbed snacks from all over Epcot and enjoyed watching the game in our room at Saratoga Springs. When I made reservations it was eleven months in advance. We were hoping the Buffalo Bills would be playing. That was a fail. Three in a row now. Football adds excitement to a dreary winter so it’s all good. And Florida in February is better than Buffalo New York any day. Also, Super Bowl winners seem to be going elsewhere for their victory parade . Not Disney World
