Animal Kingdom is the largest park in Disney World and has some of the best restaurants on property.
There are so many different types of cuisine you can have on Animal Kingdom property, but even then, not all of these restaurants are made alike. These are the spots that the Disney World PROS eat at!
Flame Tree Barbecue
If you’re looking for some good barbecue in Animal Kingdom, Flame Tree Barbecue is the way to go.
Not only are the prices reasonable, but you get a good portion of consistently delicious food for said price. Everyone who is open to eating meat can find something to eat on the menu here, and you can count on it being a highlight!

Satu’li Canteen
If you’re open to some more adventurous eats, head over to Pandora to dine at Satu’li Canteen.
This restaurant’s menu is inspired by Pandorian eats, but there are some simpler things on the menu too. The Cheeseburger Pods are some of our favorites — it’s like a McDonald’s Cheeseburger stuffed in a delicious bao bun! Picky eaters might have a bit more trouble here, but otherwise, we highly recommend.

Tusker House
If a character meal is what you’re looking for, Tusker House is not one to miss!
Not only do we love the buffet food here, but the characters truly are wonderful. You get to meet the Fab 5 in their adorable safari outfits! It’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but you will want to grab that dining reservation 60 days out from the start of your vacation.

Yak and Yeti
Another adventurous eating spot is Yak and Yeti. While there is a smaller quick service version of this restaurant, we’re talking about the table service meal.
This restaurant takes inspiration from the Himalayan regions of Asia and serves Pan-Asian cuisine featuring wok, noodles, and more. If that’s the type of food you enjoy, or you’re open to trying it, we highly recommend booking a reservation here.

Tiffins
We can’t forget about Tiffins, another one of our favorite table service spots.
This restaurant serves up African and Asian cuisine, among other unique menu items. You’ll be able to overlook the water from one of their indoor or outdoor tables. If you’re looking for a peaceful, delicious meal, this is it!

Nomad Lounge
And attached to Tiffins you’ll find Nomad Lounge, which we love just as much.
Why? Well, they share a kitchen, and there’s no dining reservation needed here. There is a walk up waitlist, so if you want to get on it we suggest arriving no later than half an hour before they open for the day.

Yak and Yeti is my favorite. Our last trip we couldn’t get a reservation. My sister is a Laundrys club member so she called Yak and Yeti directly and got a reservation becsuse she was a Landrys club member.
