Of course, every hotel and condo in Orlando has its pros and cons, and many guests look for trusted names when weighing their options. Now, it seems as though Wyndham development may be interested in developing a new property near Disney World.

There are so many hotel chains and timeshare properties in Orlando!

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Wyndham development is preparing to bring a new hotel/timeshare project to the Disney World area, per a report in GrowthSpotter. The property would be developed by Wyndham under its Travel + Leisure brand, as stated in the Orlando Sentinel’s report. The brand owns a vacant 12-acre parcel near Epcot Center Drive.

The current proposal seeks to build 250 timeshare units and 350 hotel rooms, with plans to include a restaurant, lounge, ballroom, and event lawn. Keep in mind that the project is still in early talks, and the Wyndham development team is still working with Orange County staff.
