There is always something new happening in Disney Springs.
Whether it’s a new menu item at popular spots like Gideon’s Bakehouse or Everglazed, or a new collection at World of Disney, there is always something new to see. However, today we got the news that there would be a big change coming to the shopping and dining district, with a longtime store announcing its permanent closure.
Sosa Family Cigar Co. has announced it will be permanently closing, with its last day scheduled for January 2nd, 2023. A Cast Member confirmed the news this morning.
The cigar shop has been a longtime staple of the district, as it previously had a location at the former Pleasure Island.
At this time, Disney has not released plans or details on what will replace the location in the West End of Disney Springs.

This is a bummer to read about, used to love to stop in there and get a good cigar. remember a great night with drinks and a cigar when it was still Pleasure Island, with a band on stage.
