VIDEO: Walt Disney World Railroad Spotted Testing at the Main Street Train Station

An iconic Magic Kingdom attraction has been missing for nearly four (!!!) years.

The Walt Disney World Railroad has been closed since late 2018 due to the construction on TRON: Lightcycle Run, and we’ve been keeping up with all the updates. But now, we’ve got BIG news — the train is BACK in Magic Kingdom!

We’ve heard the Walt Disney World Railroad train testing and had a few updates here and there from Disney, but overall they’ve been pretty quiet about when we might expect this attraction to reopen.

So, imagine our surprise when we walked up to Magic Kingdom this morning and saw the TRAIN at the Main Street, U.S.A. station!

While the Railroad still remains closed to guests, hopefully this means we’re getting that much closer to being able to climb aboard once again. You can be sure we’ll keep an eye out for more news and updates about the Walt Disney World Railroad.
