Have you heard about the most recent change to Disney Genie+?
Recently, Disney changed from a set price for Genie+ to flexible pricing depending on the day or time of year. We’ve already seen prices get pretty high as Disneyland’s new minimum price is $25, but now Genie+ is the highest price we’ve seen so far.
Today, getting Disney Genie+ in Disneyland will cost you $30. Genie+ allows you to skip the lines at several attractions and includes access to special PhotoPass lenses and PhotoPass downloads for any photos taken on the day you buy the service.
An individual lightning lane for Radiator Springs Racers is $20…
…while Rise of the Resistance is $25 today.
This means that one person would be paying $50-$55 for Genie+ and ONE of these Individual Lightning Lane rides. That’s a lot of money on top of your already expensive entrance ticket, which also just got a price increase.
MagicBand+ is also available in Disneyland now, and new Black Panther: Wakanda Forever food, characters, and more are also on their way to the resort. As always, stay tuned to AllEars for the latest Disney news!
