We haven’t been able to watch the popular nighttime show Fantasmic! in either Disney World or Disneyland over the past few years, but that will be changing soon.

Back in November at Destination D23, Disney announced plans for Fantasmic! to return to both coasts in 2022, but since then not much more information was announced. Today, however, we have a big update!
We already knew that Fantasmic! would return to Disneyland Park on Saturday, May 28th, 2022, and now we know when you can catch the show! Currently, there are two showtimes listed at 9PM and 10:30PM beginning on May 28th.

In Disneyland, Fantasmic! takes place on the Rivers of America, and Disney announced at Destination D23 that the returning show would receive some changes (on both coasts), including a new segment and sequences, along with new characters, animations, stunts, and effects.

Disney has not yet announced a return date for Fantasmic! in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but we’ll be watching closely for more updates.

We can’t wait to see the changes made to Fantasmic! Stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney news!
