Disney is celebrating Halloween a little bit early this year!

Well, Disney is celebrating being Halfway to Halloween, actually — with all kinds of virtual and in-person events and even Halloween treats in the parks throughout the week. And it looks like someone else is joining in on the Halfway to Halloween celebration, too!

Gideon’s Bakehouse is an extremely popular destination in Disney Springs that boasts giant half-pound cookies, cake slices, and deliciously different coffees. Not only that, but it’s themed to be particularly eerie, which is evident from the oddities and antiquities scattered amongst cartoon portraits.

So, it’s rather fitting that Gideon’s would be celebrating Disney’s Halfway to Halloween as well! Beginning on Thursday, April 28th through May 1st, 2022, guests who purchase four and six cookie boxes will receive a Gideon’s trading card hidden inside.

According to Gideon’s Halfway to Halloween Ambassador, Barnabas Mephistophelittle, there are 16 unique trading cards and you never know which one you might get. Two of the trading cards are extra special and are signed by art director Michael Reyes! And, every day throughout the celebration, Gideon’s will be giving away a special Halfway to Halloween promo card to everyone in line.
