Narcoossee’s to Close for Long Refurbishment In Disney World

A lot of Disney World restaurants have been reopening lately, including the dinner buffet at Cape May Café, Jiko, and — soon — Spyglass Grill. But there’s one spot that’s getting ready to close temporarily instead!

Disney’s Grand Floridian

At Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, you’ll likely see a few construction walls up as new DVC Resort Studios are added to the Big Pine Key building. Soon that won’t be the only major construction project happening at this hotel — One restaurant is closing soon for refurbishments!

Narcoossee’s is scheduled to close on June 18th, 2022, for some refurbishments. Disney hasn’t given an end date for this project yet, so we don’t know when it will reopen. This is the latest in a string of refurbishment projects happening at the Grand Floridian.

Narcoossee’s

This signature restaurant is known for high-end seafood and a lovely waterfront dining room. It’s not the only luxurious restaurant available at this hotel, though! If you’re looking for fine dining, you can check out the newly refurbished Citricos or start planning for the reopening of Victoria & Alberts, which should happen sometime this year.

And you can still book reservations at Narcoossee’s through June 17th of this year. So if this is one of your favorite spots, be sure to plan your trip there soon!
