These new options just might tempt us to visit this quick-service location more often! First up, there’s a new Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Burger, which is a 1/3 Angus Beef Burger topped with Slow-smoked Pulled Pork, American Cheese, Coleslaw, Crispy Onions, and House-made Sweet-and-Tangy Barbecue Sauce. It’s served with your choice of a side for $14.29.
Next up is a healthier option; the new Southwest Salad is made with Romaine Lettuce mixed with Roasted Corn Relish and Diced Tomatoes, then topped with Pickled Red Onion, Cheese, and served with House-made Jalapeño-Lime Ranch Dressing. This new option is $9.99, or you can add chicken for $11.29.
Finally, we tried the new Teriyaki Chicken Bowl! The bowl comes with Seasoned Jasmine Rice, Teriyaki Chicken, Yuzu-pickled Edamame, Carrots, Cucumber, and Onions, drizzled with House-made Lemon-Tahini-Chipotle Vinaigrette and Sesame Seeds. Our Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was $12.99.
That’s all for the new menu at Backlot Express, we can’t wait to try it all! We’re always staying up to date on all the latest in all things Disney, so stay tuned to AllEars for more!

Get the Wookie Cookie from Backlot. It’s huge & delicious. Bring a zip-lock baggie (they said they didn’t have a takeout container) to take some to-go 🙂
Pictures will never do this cookie justice! Bringing a zip-lock baggie for leftovers is always a great idea!
Hope they also kept those great burgers on the menu
