And, while Friday is when all of the new attractions, merchandise, restaurants, and shows open, we’ve been able to preview quite a few different things! And, if you’re excited to try the 150+ new eats and drinks that are coming to the parks and resorts for the party, then we’ve got a special preview for you!

Today, we stopped by EPCOT for a media event and were able to see 10 of the NEW desserts early! And, while we couldn’t try them just yet, boy do they look tasty. So, are you ready to start making your must-have list for your next visit? Let’s dive right in!

First up is the Yuzu Mousse Cake, which comes with a kinako crumb adorned with gold flakes, matcha cream, chocolate rocks, and sparking yuzu sauce. You’ll be able to find this at Teppan Edo in the Japan Pavilion.

And if you need help remembering that, just look at the little chocolate rock display because it looks a lot like the front of the pavilion!

Look familiar?

Over in the Italy Pavilion, there will be TWO places to find the new Vanilla and Blueberry Panna Cotta topped with white chocolate, and gold dust — Tutto Italia Ristorante and Via Napoli.

We couldn’t help but notice that all of the colors look a lot like the new EARidescent color scheme that Disney World is using for the 50th Anniversary.

But that isn’t the only dessert coming to Via Napoli for the celebration, there will also be a White and Blue 7-Layer Cake topped with chocolate ganache and gold dust. And, if you don’t want to dine at the Table Service restaurant to try this one you can also find it at Gelateria Toscana.

And, in the China Pavilion, the Boba Blue Magic will be available at Nine Dragons Restaurant. This one is made with House-made butterfly pea flower ice cream and blue lychee jelly topped with creamy milk cap, blueberry popping boba, crunchy toffee, and a fortune cookie.

Up towards the front of the park, guests will be able to try the new Key Lime Tart (which is a Key Lime Tart with toasted meringue, EARidescent shimmer, sprinkles, and chocolate garnish) at Coral Reef Restaurant.

Plus, Sunshine Seasons will have TWO new 50th Anniversary desserts including the Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake with chocolate ganache, sprinkles, and icing dusted with EARidescent shimmer and a chocolate 50th-anniversary garnish…

If you’re a fan of cronuts, then you’ll want to check out the EARidescent Croissant Doughnut at The EPCOT Experience. It is a simple croissant doughnut topped with blue icing and sprinkles that give off that signature 50th-anniversary look.

Back in world showcase at both La Hacienda de San Angel and San Angel Inn Restaurante, you’ll find what could be the most celebratory dessert in EPCOT — the Chocolate Pyramid! It is a festively decorated chocolate pyramid filled with Mexican chocolate mousse and toffee served atop a traditional Tres Leches Cake and accompanied by ice cream.

And, lastly, we got to preview the Chocolate Mousse Bar that will be featured on the menu at Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada Pavilion. It is a dark chocolate mousse with caramel cookie pieces, a milk chocolate shell, and a chocolate shortbread cookie.
