The Trailer for Disney’s ‘Zootopia 2’ Is Out NOW — And There’s A LOT To Unpack

Watch out — one of our favorite Disney duos is back in action!

We’ve had some huge Disney films drop on the silver screen and streaming on Disney+ lately and we can’t seem to get enough. Even with so many new, great titles to choose from, Disney’s not looking to let up on the pedal just yet! One of the most anticipated animated film sequel’s trailer JUST dropped online and we have thoughts!

It looks like a few of our furriest Disney friends are back in action! The lovable, Judy Hopps and the wisecracking Nick Wilde appear to be quite literally on the move in the teaser trailer for Disney’s upcoming film, Zootopia 2.

The sequel to smashing animated success, Zootopia, will arrive in theaters on  November 26th and from the looks of the trailer, there’s a LOT to unpack here. We’re immediately thrown right back in the ring with this power duo and they appear to be… on the run…from the police? With a giant blue snake in tow!

Well, the snake has a goofy grin across his face, so he at least appears friendly. From the changes in scenery throughout the trio running from the cops, we can see that we’ll probably be introduced to new areas of their world we’ve yet to explore, somewhere underwater, the arctic regions, and even some pretty mountaintops.

Don’t worry, though — it appears they could have a few friendly faces around to help them out on their adventure and shield their cover.

And just when this band of characters finds themselves cornered in the desert, something (or someone) might be around the corner in the nick of time to help them escape!

But it doesn’t look like our friends know who exactly this mysterious helper is or what their intentions are!

We won’t have to miss some of the characters we fell in love with from the first film much either! The trailer flashes through a whole cast of Zootopia residents we’ve already been introduced too like Gazelle, Flash, Mayor Lionheart, Bellweather, and so many more.

While we have this tease to hold us over, it’s just not enough, Disney — we want more! Here’s to holding out hope that we’ll get more teases dropped about the upcoming film and its storyline as Nick and Judy team up again to crack a new case, before the film opens in theaters.
