Lots of things have changed when it comes to entertainment and shows in Disney World.
Festival of the Lion King reopened with a modified show not too long ago, and now the Beauty and the Beast stage show, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, and Turtle Talk With Crush are all set to reopen soon. We’ve even seen changes made after a show opens. For example, Festival of the Lion King added more showtimes after it first opened and changed its seating arrangements. And now another change is set to come to this show soon.
Back in June, the Festival of the Lion King added more showtimes, giving guests more chances to sing and dance along with their favorite Disney friends. Since then, the same showtimes have been offered, but soon Disney will be adding even MORE showtimes to the schedule.
On Disney’s Festival of the Lion King website, you can see that today’s showtimes are 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM, 3:00PM, 4:00PM, and 5:00PM. The celebration keeps those same showtimes through July 30th.
But, starting on July 31st, the Disney website shows 2 more times available for this show — 9:30AM (for all the early risers), and 2:00PM.Â
Of course, showtimes are subject to change. But, for now, it looks like you’ll have a few more chances to catch this show during your upcoming trips.
We’ll keep an eye out for more updates and let you know what we find!

Hi Andy! Unfortunately no news on Fantastmic yet, but as you mentioned Beauty and the Beast will be returning, as well the Wonderful World of Animation.
