If you’re planning on taking a Disney Cruise, you have plenty of options!
With four ships and one coming next summer, plus several destinations to choose from, you can have the sailing of your dreams. But if you’re hoping to head out on that trip this year, well, you may need to reschedule!
Since the pandemic, Disney Cruise Line sailings have been continuously canceled for health and safety reasons. Now, more voyages have been removed from the website for dates in August and October.
At this time, there are no longer any Disney Fantasy cruises listed for August 2021 and two early August sailings on the Disney Dream have been removed. Some October cruises from New York were taken down from the site as well.
After we noticed this change, Disney Cruise Line officially announced the cancellation of these sailings. The following cruises have been impacted:
- Disney Dream departures through August 6, 2021
- Disney Fantasy departures through August 28, 2021
- Disney Wonder departures through September 19, 2021
- Disney Magic departures in the US through November 4, 2021 (does not impact the UK sailings this summer)
According to Disney, “Guests booked on affected sailings, who have paid their reservation in full, will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing or a full refund.” If you had not paid your reservation in full, then you will be issued a refund. You can expect to receive an email from Disney soon with your next steps.
