Are you one of those people who can’t eat a meal without ketchup? If so, you’ve maybe had a hard time finding the condiment in Disney World recently.
Why has one of the most-used sauces gone missing from the parks? Well, to prevent the spread of germs, many restaurants have stopped handing out packets in lieu of ketchup bottles. So according to the Wall Street Journal, Heinz has been having trouble keeping up with the demand for single-use ketchup packets — hence, the new shortage of ketchup. But, we’ve got some good news for all you ketchup lovers… .
We spotted ketchup packets back in Disney World! And, we were happy to find them when we picked up our meal at Restaurantosaurs in Disney’s Animal Kingdom because chicken nuggets need ketchup (don’t @ us)!
And, there weren’t just a few packets — the bin was full of ready-to-go packets of the condiment. You may notice that the packets are a different color than what we used to find at Disney World (which were red), but — rest assured — some of them are still buried under the pile.
So, you’ll once again be able to find the popular condiment in the Disney Parks. Just keep in mind that you still might have to go on a hunt for them depending on which restaurant you stop by. And, as always, stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney news and updates!
