VIDEO: Disney’s ‘Star Wars’ Rival Run Medal Features Two VERY Popular Characters!

It’s almost time for the runDisney Virtual Star Wars Rival Run Weekend!

Most of the recent runDisney races have been turned into virtual events, and this one’s no different, kicking off on April 15th and lasting through April 18th. We already got a peek at the medal for those who complete the half marathon, but now we’ve got a look at the medal design for the 5K race!

This race’s medal design features two incredibly popular Star Wars characters, especially if you’re a fan of the shows Star Wars Rebels and Star Wars: The Clone Wars. One side features the menacing Sith Lord Darth Maul, while the other features Anakin Skywalker’s former apprentice, Ahsoka Tano.

The race is called the “Rival Run” after all, and these two are at odds quite a bit throughout their lives. Their intense facial expressions really just motivate us to conquer this race! This will be a great keepsake for those who complete their 5K challenge.
