This Disney World Restaurant Will Be Available Weekends-Only After the Holidays!

As much as we love whimsical cookies, delish donuts, and merry cupcakes, one can’t live on sugar alone, which is why we always appreciate a Disney World restaurant that’s both wholesome and delicious!

Harambe Market

One of our favorite spots for such a craving is Harambe Market in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but after the holidays, we’re gonna have to schedule our hankering for Grilled Chicken Bowls, because the restaurant is cutting hours to go weekends-only!

Just last month, Harambe Market reopened in Animal Kingdom’s Africa section, filling our months-long void for ribs, Harambe Salad, and Simba Cupcakes.

Simba Cupcake

For us, the restaurant is definitely on regular rotation for a quick, casual meal in the park, but as soon as the holidays have passed, it’s reducing its hours to weekends only!

Ribs and Chicken Bowl

That’s right: January 1, 2021 is the final weekday available for Harambe Market! At least for the foreseeable future…

We confirmed with a Cast Member and cross-referenced the restaurant website, and indeed, the new hours will be 11 AM until 3 PM on weekends.

Even though we won’t be able to grab a spontaneous Ribs & Chicken Bowl mid-week, we’re happy to have something to look forward to on weekends at least! We’ll keep you updated on more changes coming to Disney restaurants!
