Recently, we put out a series of polls on our Instagram for our readers to choose between two beloved Disney movies, and picking just one that had to go.

However, we had some pretty shocking results that even had our readers surprised at the answers!

Each time we hear the Indiana Jones theme song, we can’t help but feel ready for an adventure! Although there are four movies at the moment (with another in the works), we asked you whether the first or third film in the saga needs to go. And, you decided to keep Raiders of the Lost Ark and boot The Last Crusade!

We can’t help but be BIG fans of the Jurassic Park series, especially with the VelociCoaster in production over at Universal Orlando. And, you all chose to get rid of the sequel series of Jurassic World in a landslide (sometimes the originals are just a fan-favorite).

The CLOSEST choice out of all our polls was between the 3rd installment and 6th installment of Harry Potter. However, you decided to keep the Prisoner of Azkaban and use a vanishing spell (Evanesco) on the Half Blood Prince. Sorry, Snape. ):

Many fans have a hard time choosing which Star Wars movie is their favorite, but it looks like the original A New Hope reigns supreme! Is everyone just scared off by Jabba the Hutt in the Return of the Jedi, or is Princess Leia just too much of a QUEEN in A New Hope?

We LOVED the story and music from Frozen 2, buuuut it looks like our readers are just bigger fans of the first movie! We’re just going to have to let this one go and call Frozen the winner!

The ultimate showdown between Andy’s trip to Pizza Planet and Bonnie’s visits to Sunnyside Daycare happened on our polls! And, it looks like the original Toy Story has still captured the hearts of fans 25 years later as the first movie has booted the third out.

However, the most controversial poll happened with the choice between The Little Mermaid and Beauty and Beast. Do you choose “Part of Your World,” or sing along to “Gaston?” Is Belle’s yellow gown your dream dress, or would you rather swim around in Ariel’s seashells? Although everyone picked Beauty and the Beast as the winner and got rid of The Little Mermaid, you all had some OPINIONS.

After the results went live, our inbox was filled with messages from readers who felt like they absolutely couldn’t choose between the two movies or princesses. And, we just have to say…”All’s fair in love and war,” our friends! ?
