The world lost a true superhero with the passing of Chadwick Boseman.
Apart from his role as Marvel’s Black Panther, Chadwick contributed in many ways to the world both on and off the screen. As he fought with colon cancer, Chadwick continued to give back to the community and touch the hearts of many people through his work. Now, Disney and ABC have created a special event to help fans honor his legacy.
Tonight, Disney and ABC will be celebrating Chadwick Boseman’s legacy with a special screening of Black Panther and the ABC News Special: Chadwick Boseman — A Tribute for a King.
In addition to playing the role of King T’Challa, Chadwick portrayed key figures like James Brown, Jackie Robinson, and Thurgood Marshall on the big screen. Chadwick also interacted with kids and many others in the community through his charity work.
The tribute event will take place tonight on ABC at 8 PM ET/7 PM CT. We love you 3000, Chadwick. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us. Rest In Peace, King.
