As Disney World continues to promote health and safety measures among its guests and Cast Members, the parks are having to pause many of their normal entertainment events.
While fireworks, parades, and character meet-and-greets have previously been suspended, Disney has now announced that events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will not be taking place this year either.
Even though Disney announced the dates for 2020’s Moonlight Magic events for Disney Vacation Club Members, these After-Hours events at all four theme parks (including Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park) are being halted for June, July, and August.
The events in Epcot on June 29th and Typhoon Lagoon on July 27th and August 10th will not be taking place this year. However, the next scheduled Moonlight Magic events in Disney’s Hollywood Studios on September 15th, September 22nd, and October 6th are still slated to be occurring at this time (although that could change).
Disney Vacation Club Members with resort reservations can start booking on July 15th, while other members can register on July 22nd. As Disney continues to update its events and entertainment, we will keep you updated on everything you need to know here!
Here are all the attractions, stores, and entertainment coming to Disney World when the parks re-open!
