Disney hotels promise a magical experience, with a dedication to customer service that few other companies can live up to. That’s why, in the 2020 edition of the U.S. News Best Hotels List, two Disney-owned resorts came away with top marks!
The list, which looks at hotels around the world, measures candidates on recognition from travel experts, guest reviews, and the hotel’s star ranking, to provide the most comprehensive ranking of hotels in the world!
Disney’s Aulani Resort was voted the best family resort in the USA, citing its beautiful Hawaiian scenery, deluxe accommodations, and variety of activities for adults and children.
Meanwhile, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa ranked ranked 4th overall in the Orlando area, citing its beautiful design, elegant activities, and proximity to the Magic Kingdom.
A Disney-adjacent hotel also came away with a spot in the top five: The Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World ran away with the fifth spot overall in the nation, the number one spot in Orlando, and the number two spot in Florida overall!
U.S. News cited its elegant atmosphere, varied activities, and dedication to customer service as highlights of this luxury resort.
