  1. In case Ken was worried, international lefty day is August 13th. (I’m left handed!) Everyone will be forced to cut, bowl and write using implements never made for them.
    🙂

    1. Although I am also left handed, I will take a pass on international lefty day, as I will be celebrating V-J Day. Otherwise know as victory over Japan day. This is the day President Truman announced Japan’s surrender at a press conference at the White House. Americans celebrated across the country and dubbed the day “Victory over Japan Day” and “V-J Day.” It was during this celebration that Alfred Eisenstaedt snapped the iconic photograph of a couple kissing in Times Square, which was printed in Life magazine.

See, I prefer to celebrate actual accomplishments as opposed to mere happenstance.

  2. Don’t worry Ken, international Men’s day is November 19. Feel free to celebrate in any manner you choose. On behalf of females everywhere bellieve me when I say I am sorry if that strawberry shortcake dessert offended you.

    1. Your the spokesman for females “everywhere”? Maybe all the other females would like to speak for themselves, as free thinking individuals.

  3. How bout international left handed day, or international brown eyes day, or hair parted down the middle day. Or perhaps international men’s day. Maybe we can combine men’s day with women’s day and run that all year long. Or perhaps let’s have a day where we put and end to identity politics, open the parks, drop the rope and say “let’s just have a fun day Everybody”.
