Gourmet D-Luxe Burger to Open at Disney Springs in May

Additional details about D-Luxe Burger, a new Disney-owned and operated restaurant that is set to open at Disney Springs Town Center this May, have been released. Gourmet burgers on the menu include:
Classic Cheeseburger: beef patty topped with cheddar, lettuce, tomato and pickle
Barbeque Classic Burger: beef patty topped with a fried onion ring, smoked Gouda, bacon, barbecue sauce and lettuce
El Diablo Burger: chorizo-and-signature-blend patty, fried banana peppers, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayonnaise
Southern Classic Burger: beef patty, topped with fried-green tomato, pimento cheese, lettuce and bacon
Cluck Burger: ground chicken patty, garlic herb sauce, avocado, lettuce and tomato
Veggie Burger: house-made patty topped with Tzatziki, green bean salad, lettuce and tomato

D-Luxe Burger also offers fresh-cut fries and a choice of dipping sauces to go along with its sandwiches. The menu also features a changing list of artisanal gelato shakes that may include vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, salted caramel, s'mores and cake. Root beer, Cherry Coke and orange soda floats are also offered. For the adults there are hard sodas, draft beer and cider, as well as shakes with spirits like Smoked Bourbon and Beer and Godiva Raspberry. One specialty dessert item is the Red Velvet Burger Macaron, handcrafted to look like a burger, right down to the faux (raspberry) 'ketchup.'
