My family of 4 dined here for breakfast on June 7th and 9th. Both times we were seated without a wait. We ate outside on the patio once and inside the other. Service was spot on both mornings, and the food was excellent as well. I highly recommend the banana bread french toast and the grits. My only complaint (very minor) was that my cafe mocha was cold. This is truly one of Disney's hidden gems. We make reservations here during every trip. If you can't make breakfast, then lunch and dinner are just as fabulous!!!

Had breakfast and lunch here. The bananas foster Mickey waffles are outstanding! Also had a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch, it was very good as well, portions were very good. The ordering system here works very well, you order form the grill, pay for your food, and they bring the food directly to your table. Seating is a bit limited, but were able to get a table at each meal without much hassle.

We only got the churros here for a snack. My daughter thought they were just O.K. but I thought they were awful. Small and chewy with watery caramel sauce, and hardly any cinnamon sugar. I wish I'd gotten nachos instead. They looked pretty good.

This was the 4th time we've visited Raglan Road and probably will try something else next time. It seems to get a little worse quality-wise every time. I ordered the lobster club and since I don't eat pancetta I was just going to take it off instead of ordering it without. However, when it came, it didn't have any on it. I would have been able to taste it had it been mixed in with the lobster salad. This would have been a problem if I wanted the pancetta. The toast was also too well done. It tasted O.K. though. My husband's roast beef was not evenly cooked, so he ended up eating only 1/2 of it. We've gotten the bread and butter pudding each time we've been here and this time it seemed like a globby mess. I've had better from this restaurant, and with all the new things to try at Downtown Disney I think we'll pass on this one next time.

I was skeptical about having lunch here after the wonderful dinner we had here last year. I was afraid the experience would be lacking. Boy was I wrong!!! Lunch was just as nice as dinner. Pre ordering went smoothly and within 10 minutes of finding a table in the West Wing, we were served our meals. My daughter and I had the Croque Monsieur. My other daughter had the Carved Turkey Sandwich, and my husband had the Braised Pork. We also had a few orders of the French Onion Soup. Yummy! For dessert, we had the the Master's Cupcake, the Triple Chocolate Cupcake, the Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake and the Lemon-Raspberry Cream Puff. Everything was served hot and tasted delicious. This is a meal not to be missed!!!

Wife and I enjoyed a meal here on 6/17. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the meal we had. Our waiter was very attentive and always kept drinks refilled. Food was brought out at a very nivenevn pace. I enjoyed the wings, pot stickers, and chicken. My wife is a seafood lover and really enjoyed the shrimp. The steak was tender and delicious as well, though it was the least consumed meat at our table. Dessert is banana bread pudding with ice cream, and is not to be missed!

We were a party of 4 adults and we booked Mama Melrose's for lunch as part of the Fanstasmic! package.
We had eaten here many years ago and at that time we were not impressed, so I was hesitant to try it again, but it was WONDERFUL !
This was by far one of the best meals we had during our stay. The atmosphere was great and it was a nice break from the parks.
As it was part of the Fantasmic! package we received appetizers, all of us had the Caesar salad, which we agreed was one of the best Caesar salds we had ever had. Just the right amount of dressing and the lettuce was fresh and crisp.
Two of us had chicken parmesan, and each serving had huge chicken breasts and more than enough pasta.
The other two had steaks, which were cooked perfectly and were very tender.
As part of the Fantasmic! package, a individual dessert trio was included-which was just the right amount of dessert.
We would definately eat here again, even if we didnt' have the Fantasmic! package.
Pros:
Suprisingly great !Cons:

I'd have given this a 10 but for the service. It took us 2 hours to eat here, after we were seated. I think the waitress thought we wanted to stay for fireworks, but we were seated in the middle of the room, plus it was our first night there and we wanted to get to the park the next morning well rested. Also, I had requested the vegetarian meal. When we got to the podium, the host asked if there was an allergy, but I said I was just a vegetarian but that I ate seafood. It wasn't until our waitress asked me if I wanted some of the meat that I told her - to which she bent over backward to get me a vegetarian meal, even after I told her I was fine with the shrimp. I'm glad she brought me the veggie meal because it was awesome. She brought out hummus and chips which were excellent, and then a veggie and tofu dish that I think was supposed to come with rice but I never got it. It would have been better with the rice but honestly, it was really good without. I had eaten a lot of the noodles and shrimp already anyway. The bread pudding was really good too - much better than the one at Raglan Road that we got the next day. The one thing I would say is to take my waitress' advice and make sure your WAITER knows that you are vegetarian (if you are one!) and not rely on the host to put your meal in.

We stayed here for 8 days in Jun 15 with 7 adults in a two-bedroom villa. We requested a room in the Turtle Pond area and our request was granted. We loved the room location as we were a short distance from the pool and snack shack and just a short walk to the bus stop. We did have a car so were able to drive up to the main location for morning coffee and essentials. Our villa was impeccably cleaned each day (we are not DVC). We loved the quiet location and the quietness of the smaller pool at Turtle Pond, especially at night. We did not even go up to the larger pool. If we didn't have a car, is was quite a long walk to the main area from where we were located.
If you are looking for a large room to accommodate a large family or families and a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the parks, then Old Key West is for you. If you want to be close to all the action and will be upset if you don't get a room close to the main area, then you should probably pick something else.

My family of 4 dined here on June 9th. We had a 6 pm reservation and were seated after a few minutes of taking pictures on the deck outside.
The food and service were as impeccable as ever. We started with the calamari and fried blue crab appetizers. For entrees, I had the whole Maine lobster, my husband had filet and lobster tail, my oldest twin had the pasta and my youngest twin had a filet. All 4 meals were perfect. The steaks were cooked to order, and the lobster was tender and flavorful.
Desserts consisted of: Narcoossees candy bar, strawberry shortcake, sorbet and the chocolate torte. All I can say is YUMMY!!!
The service was spot on. Our waitress couldn't have been more attentive.
We dine here every time we vacation at Disney (which is at least 1 or 2 times a year). We have never been disappointed. I highly recommend dining here!
