Review of Kid's Activities

My grandkids love this place. I have been with them when they had an open house and I wanted to stay there too. The staff is very good even with shy children. There are a variety of activities such as art, cooking, computers, group games, etc. At one point I saw that the staff had set up a miniature golf course for the children in one of the passageways. The inside of the clubs are set up with several different venues for the interest of different children - Toy Story, Star Wars, Marvel, Tinkerbell, etc.
The security and health areas are well handled. Everyone has to do hand washing on the way in. There is a secret password to pick up your children. If your children want to leave, you get a text from the childcare staff on the wave phone that comes in your cabin. Adults are not allowed in (except to pick up their children) except for designated \"open house\" times. And even during the open house times, children who are checked in for care and not with their parents, are in a separate part of the play area.
There is the availability for the children to have lunch or dinner in the childcare center. Our kids did not do that, so I don't have any report on the quality of the food. The facility also stays open later at night if the parents want to have some adult time.
The kids LOVE this place. I have been on other cruise lines and have checked out the child care centers and talked to parents. Disney has far and away the best set up in terms of security, availability of service, and attractiveness to the children.
Pros:
long hour of operation very attractive to the children good security good cleanlinessCons:

I have been to the Gospel Brunch several times, both at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Be aware, if you are a fan of traditional gospel music, that this is rock-gospel music. I am not a particularly religious person, but I always feel great after leaving the brunch. Lots of excellent music, good food (lots for both breakfast-style and lunch-style), fun and positive atmosphere. My grandkids love the parts where they get to wave their napkins around in the air, dance (not required) and choose all the food that they want. My only drawback is that the music is loud. I now ask to sit farther back from the stage for that reason. Despite the loudness issue, I am giving a rating of 10 as I think this is a great experience. I would note that a lot of people who live in the Orlando and Anaheim areas come to this, not just tourists, which indicates to me that it is a great entertainment experience.
Pros:
fun for all ages lots of food choices good dessert optionsCons:

We ate at the 50’s Prime Time Cafe for the first time ever this holiday. We loved it! The food was top notch - it was nice to have ‘proper’ food rather than the usual burgers and fries. Between us we had the meatloaf, pot roast and Mom’s sampler. All plates were cleaned, which meant we could have desserts! Our server was Aunty Sue and she was lovely and had plenty of banter with the other server in our area of the restaurant.
We will definitely be back.
Pros:
Good food, fab atmosphereCons:

This was our first time staying at a value resort and I was very concerned about the type of hotel it would be. We always stayed at deluxe resorts in the past, but needed a less expensive resort this time. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms was very clean (showing a little wear and tear, but clean nonetheless). It was also extremely quiet - a welcome surprise. The food court surpassed our expectations, and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. They gave us three buttons - one for graduation and 2 for anniversary. Wore them everyday! Lots of fun. The bus service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

As far as value resorts go, Art of Animation is phenomenal. The exterior designs from buildings to landscaping are exceptional in each themed area. For example, the grasses and plants in each section mimic the movie depicted in that area. It's so clever. Rooms are basic but fun. Suites have ample space for families, with the bathrooms being particularly useful. We have stayed in both Little Mermaid and in Lion King. Noise has never been an issue (first floor both stays), and the walk to and from the main building is pleasant. The food court offers many options but is very often busy (and has the food court problem of needing to make several stops if everyone wants something different). Food is tasty and somewhat creative for the most part.
Pros:
Exterior design is excellent. Convenient food court and amenities. Proximity to Pop Century is a bonus. Nice pathways for walking/jogging. Family suites are very useful. Pools are terrific.Cons:

Cinderella's Royal Table is an incredible dining experience -- and that's what you're paying for: a dining EXPERIENCE. On our visit, the food was good (the beef tenderloin was excellent!), the service was phenomenal (our server went out of her way to accommodate a special diet in our group), the princesses were efficient but lovely, and the atmosphere is one-of-a-kind.
Pros:
Gorgeous dining space. Good food. Great character interactions. Unique experience. Fun for all ages.Cons:

Fastpass+ can make a Disney World vacation more enjoyable given some thoughtful planning and flexibility. During busy seasons, FP+ allows guests to ensure they won't have to miss their favorite rides due to long wait times. It also can help guests plan their visits, offering a set of landmarks around which to revolve all other activities. At its best, FP+ creates a sense of ease and playful anticipation. If Fastpass+ is an option for you, it's crazy not to take advantage of it!
Pros:
Skip long lines. Hit all the attractions you want. Grab more on the fly. Reduce stress. Plan ahead.Cons:

Animal Kingdom's newest realm is a sight to behold. The over the top design is stunning and begs to be explored. While the land isn't large, the winding paths and 360 degree visual stimulation allow for exploration. Both attractions are fantastic, with Flight of Passage offering thrills and Navi River Journey offering gentle immersion.
Pros:
Attractions are fabulous. Satuli Canteen is delicious. Fun to explore. Easy to find. Spreads guests around.Cons:

All-Star Movies is made for those who love over the top theming, convenient (but limited) dining, and basic amenities. The value pricetag often means guests can afford to do the fun stuff - but it also means rooms aren't luxurious by any means, and things are frequently rough around the edges.
Pros:
