REVIEW: Something NEW Just Arrived at the Cake Bake Shop in Disney World

We’re heading into summer in Disney World, which can be quite brutal when it comes to the heat and sunlight, so sometimes you may find yourself searching for a refreshing drink to cool you down.

Now listen, water is almost always the best in this scenario, since hydration is key, but sometimes you want something that’s different than water, just for another taste. You may be tempted to head straight for soda, but BEFORE you do, we highly recommend you check out the new cream soda that just hit The Cake Bake Shop!

New to the bakery side of The Cake Bake Shop is the Bubbles Sparkling Cream Soda for just $6. This is made with Sparkling water, vanilla & raspberry syrups, so it’s a little bit lighter than other cream sodas.

The raspberry flavor does come through here, but it blends so well with the sparkling water that it creates almost a floral note. It’s light, refreshing, and not overly sweet, despite its appearance. Therefore, if you’re looking for a drink that’s super sweet, this one may not be the best fit for you. When you mix in the cream at the top, to add more of that classic, creamy texture to the drink, it changes the texture and adds a tad bit of sweetness, but it still won’t be as sweet as others you may have had in the past.

We do count this as more of an adult cream soda, but if your kiddos prefer drinks that aren’t wildly sweet, they may enjoy this as well! We found this to be an easy, pleasant drink to walk around with, even on a warm day.
