REVIEW: This New Snack in Hollywood Studios Is a HUGE Hit!

If you’ve been to Disney World a few times or chatted with people who are there frequently, you likely know that Disney’s Hollywood Studios isn’t known for having the best dining options out there, especially when it comes to finding slightly elevated bites.

If you’re looking for a quick bite that isn’t just your average quick service location, BaseLine Tap House is one of our favorite spots, especially since it’s also a full bar. We recently spotted a new menu item that we had REALLY high hopes for, and we’re so happy to report that it totally blew us away!

For $17, you can grab the Pepperoni Flatbread, which is Mozzarella and Pepperoni topped with Ricotta and Hot Honey.

Some of us were thinking this was just going to be another flatbread, but that wasn’t the case, which was SUCH a relief. The crust has a soft, more bread-y texture, with just the right amount of chew. While the pepperoni and mozzarella layers are standard, it’s the ricotta cheese and the hot honey that really put this over the top!

The ricotta is super creamy and helps to cool down the hot honey, which is present enough to bring each bite to life, but isn’t too much to drown the other flavors or be overwhelming. We think it would pair wonderfully with any of the beers or ciders here, and while it is made to order, it may take a little while to arrive after you order it, it’s totally worth it in our eyes.
