Disney also revealed some details about the menu. The main dining room will offer a seasonal prix fixe menu with an option to add custom wine pairings. A new and enhanced children’s menu will be available for kids aged 3 to 9.

You can also eat outdoors on the expanded terrace that gives that classic al fresco dining feel.

Looking for a crafted cocktail and small bites? You can walk right into the renovated lounge area. There’s a new fireplace, a new bar, and cozy seating, perfect for relaxing with a drink. You can also go outside in this part of the restaurant! Reservations are not required here — just walk in to see if there is availability.

Now, let’s talk about the eats! Chef Andrew Sutton worked with Napa Rose Executive Chef Clint Chin to develop a new menu and highlight seasonal produce, as well as pay homage to California cuisine. That means you can try dishes like the Beef Tartare topped with Osetra caviar…

…or Laughing Tiger, which is a reimagining of the previous Smiling Tiger Salad. These three items will be at the bar and lounge area!

In the main dining room, you can expect dishes like the American Wagyu N.Y. served medium rare with a grape fennel mustardo, an elegant dish of Oak Roasted Forest Mushrooms, or a Sorpresine Pasta served with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter.

And for dessert? Choose the Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux or the Elevated and Reminiscent Valrhona Chocolate Bar.

If that’s not enough for this ONE restaurant, there’s also a special experience available. The Chef’s Counter is open to visitors 18 and up, and gives them the opportunity to sit and dine with a direct view of the kitchen. Reservations are highly recommended for this! There are also private dining options with a newly renovated private dining room that can hold up to 16 guests.

Reservations will open on the Disneyland website and NapaRose.com starting January 27th, no earlier than 9 AM PST. After this initial drop, dining reservations can be made 60 days in advance. Reservation availability changes all the time, but hey, if you don’t get one, you can always walk up to the lounge area!
