Here's How You Can STILL Get Your Hands on a VIRAL Starbucks Bear Cup

Starbucks took the world by storm a few weeks ago when it released its limited-time “Bearista” cups.

These $30 cups sold like WILDFIRE, and they were out within days (and that’s being generous). However, you may not have to worry about buying one for an egregious price on eBay, because Starbucks is releasing MORE of them soon. You’ve gotta play to win, though, and not everyone will be so lucky to grab one!

According to Good Morning America, from December 8th, 2025, through January 4th, 2026, more than 600 bear-themed cups EACH DAY will be available as a prize for the annual Starbucks for Life holiday game.

The game is available for Starbucks Rewards members and takes players through four cities — Seattle, Milan, Tokyo, and New York City. The game’s free Prize Play each week includes prizes like the Bearista cup, and members who play week after week will also be entered into the “Starbucks for Life” sweepstakes. If you play the week of December 22nd-29th, you’ll also be entered into the “Starbucks for a Year” sweepstakes.

So what makes this bear cup so special? Well, that’s a bit of a mystery. It’s a 20-oz glass cup shaped like a teddy bear who has his own Starbucks beverage, a Starbucks beanie lid, and a green and white striped straw. It was one of Starbucks’ many holiday releases, but easily became the most popular, really gaining traction on social media.
