The $5 Snack I MUST EAT Every Time I’m in Disneyland

A Disneyland trip might break the bank, but there are plenty of ways to save — especially when it comes to good food!

Disneyland Park offers dining for all kinds of budgets — from expensive sitdown fare to quick bites. If you’re looking to save a buck or two during your next visit, there are a couple of tasty eats you can grab that are more than affordable!

If you’re looking for something cheap yet classic, look no further than the Disneyland Dill Pickle!

Dill Pickle

The Dill Pickle is only $4.79 and has become a staple Disneyland snack after all these years! You can find it at several quick-service locations and food carts all over the Disneyland Resort, including at Bengal Barbecue! The resort also sells a spicy version for the same price.

It’s a Disneyland classic treat!

Sticking with Bengal Barbecue, if you have a few extra dollars and want something meatier, how about a skewer?

The Safari Skewer, Chieftain Chicken Skewer, Banyan Beef Skewer, Pork Belly Skewer, and Bengal Beef Skewer are all in the $6.50 to $8 range.

If you head over to the adjacent New Orleans Square, you’ll find the famous Mint Julep Bar and Mickey Beignets!

You can get a 3-pack of classic Mickey-shaped Beignets for only $6.49, or even a seasonal flavor 3-pack for just a few cents more! While these aren’t usually as good as the ones found at Beignets Expressed in Downtown Disney, they still do the trick and can garner long waits.

If you walk down to Frontierland, stop over at Ship to Shore Marketplace and pick up a Chimichanga!

Breakfast chimis!

Sold at several different venues at the Disneyland Resort, this chimichanga also has a breakfast version. Both the regular and breakfast chimis will cost ya $7.99, but they are so worth it, as they’re incredibly filling and very tasty. That crispy outer layer gives you a satisfying crunch that’ll keep you coming back for more!

Finally, you can never go wrong with a Disneyland churro!

This $6 snack is maybe the most popular Disneyland snack, and for good reason! Reliably sweet and savory while providing a decent crunch and soft exterior, it’s tough to find a more iconic Disneyland treat.
