One Small But Critical Mistake You're Making at Your Disney World Hotel

However, there may be one small mistake you are making while staying at your Disney World hotel and we are here to make sure you stop making it.

While we definitely recommend you take advantage of all the perks you get from being a Disney World hotel guest, we also recommend that you take the time to check out if your resort is offering any special seasonal treats.

Don’t sleep on the seasonal treats!

Look out for signs or placards that indicate they are offering something special. As well, you can usually also see it listed under “Limited Time Offerings” on the menu in the My Disney Experience app. You will likely find these at the quick service restaurants, but they could also be other places.

For example, we recently topped by the Beach Club Marketplace at Disney’s Beach Club Resort and spotted a seasonal Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake. While this treat was only a limited-time offering we were so impressed by it! It was an absolutely delicious combination of chocolate and caramel, all squeezed into a creamy cheesecake.

We definitely recommend that you do not sleep on the seasonal treats at your Disney resort. You may be missing out on an amazing item! We have tried various seasonal items at lots of Disney World hotels, and we have been impressed by almost all of them.

From a Raindrop Tart at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge to Easter Egg Macarons at Disney’s Riviera Resort, keep an eye out while you are at your Disney World hotel. You may see special placards that will let you know an item is seasonal and available for a limited-time. Usually the treats are themed to a particular theme like Earth Month or Easter, but you never know what you might come across at your hotel.
