A Disney World Hotel Construction Project Is Now COMPLETE

You know what’s popping up all over Disney World with rogue abandon? Construction walls!

There are countless construction projects happening in the parks, but even more so, in the hotels. Several Deluxe Resorts are getting room refurbishments or restaurant updates, and it can be surprising to check into your resort and find that it’s half covered in scaffolding. But luckily, one hotel project has just been completed!

The lobby at Disney’s Beach Club Resort has just finished its refurbishment, and we stopped by to check out the results.

Previously, the check-in desks were blocked by construction walls, and Cast Members were stationed in front of the closed area to assist guests. But now, the desks are open once again!

One of the best features of this little upgrade is the new artwork that’s on the back wall. There are scenes of Mickey and friends at the beach — how fitting!

The scenes are painted with the beach at sunset, and there are multiple panels — one behind each desk.

We’ll be on the lookout for more changes at the Beach Club. Currently, some of the rooms are getting updates as well, so stay tuned for more details about the construction.
