It’s officially the holiday season in Disney World and there’s a LOT to do!

In addition to checking out all the holiday decorations, you can stop by Festival of the Holidays and catch the Candlelight Processional in EPCOT beginning on November 25th, and there are several different places you can meet Santa! Here’s what you need to know about meeting Santa in Disney Springs.
If you want to meet Santa in Disney Springs, you can stop by Once Upon a Toy from November 11th to December 24th, 2022! What you must know, however, is that there will be no standby queue.

Instead, you must enter a virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app, and there will be several opportunities to join the virtual queue throughout the day, including at 9AM, 12PM, 3PM, and 6PM. This process was also in place last year, and you can click here for all the details.

Note that you must be located in Disney Springs in order to join the virtual queue. Last year, you could scan the QR code on the sign or find the option in the virtual queue section of the My Disney Experience app, but we’ll have to wait and see if Disney changes the process at all this year.

One person from your group will receive a notification when you can return to Once Upon a Toy and get in line, and you must present a digital entry code to get inside. Then it’s Santa time!
