The option of staying off-property gives you a lot of choices, since Orlando truly is the theme park capital of the world! And one of these off-property hotels just sold for a big price!

WFTV reported that earlier this week, Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek sold for $121 million, transferring ownership from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to a joint venture between Tishman Realty and Cross Lake Partners.

The resort features 400 rooms, 6 pools, and 2 lazy rivers. It’s also located within 2 miles of EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs. JLL Senior Vice President Christopher Exler said in a statement that “with Disney World breaking all-time revenue records and the overall leisure thesis within hotel real estate, we expect the Orlando market to increasingly come into focus for investors.”
