PHOTOS: New 50th Anniversary Cast Member Name Tags Debut in Disney World

After months of waiting and planning, it’s FINALLY the week of the 50th Anniversary!

It’s almost time for the 50th Anniversary!

While we’re excited about the big celebrations, like fireworks, entertainment, and new offerings around the parks, we’re also thrilled about the little details as well! (Disney puts a lot of thought into the little things.) And today, Disney World Cast Members have debuted their new 50th Anniversary name tags.

We spotted a few Cast Members sporting these new tags as we headed into Magic Kingdom this morning. Check them out!

New name tags can be worn starting today.

Each one features Cinderella Castle in gold on an EARidescent background.

How pretty!

The iridescent coloring is subtle and a little harder to notice in bright sunlight, but it’s a really nice touch. The tags still feature each Cast Member’s name and home city, or their University (in the case of Disney College Program participants).

It’s a small detail, but a nice one.

And if you look closely, you’ll notice that the castle has the 50th Anniversary logo on it! They really do pay attention to details here.
