Carthay Circle Will Reopen With a NEW Menu in Disneyland!

It’s almost time for another Disneyland restaurant to reopen!

Today reservations for the returning character dining experience at Storytellers Café in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Carthay Circle Restaurant opened and BOTH restaurants will open in just a few days. And, it’s time to start thinking about what you’ll order because we’ve got a peek at the brand new menu coming to Carthay Circle when it opens on July 23rd!

If you’re not familiar Carthay Circle is located in Disney’s California Adventure and the full dining experience is set to reopen from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM daily beginning this Friday. And, it looks like there will be plenty of new (and a few returning) menu options to choose from!

We’re kicking things off with the Starters menu, which features SIX brand new dishes. So, you won’t find Carthay Signature Fried Biscuits or Sweet Potato Tamale anymore, but you will be able to order up things like Warm Cheddar Parkerhouse Rolls, Local Peach Salad, and a Citrus Shrimp Parfait.

The entree menu has also gotten a major overhaul with only the Niman Ranch Pork Chop (which got a price increase) and Fish of the Day returning to the menu.

And, there are even more changes! All of the Side Dish options have been removed from the menu and two new desserts can now be found including the Valrhona Chocolate Cream Puff and the Warm Apricot Butter Cake.

Of course, there are still some kid menu items like Orange Dragon Chicken Skewers and a Classic Cheese Quesadilla.

When it comes to non-alcoholic beverage choices, you can once again find the Wildberry Lemonade, Twin Bill, and Key Lime…

…and those looking for a boozier option can order up one of NINE signature cocktails or choose from a selection of wines…

…including After Dinner Drinks and Dessert Wines.
