Sometimes, Disney attractions close temporarily for maintenance or refurbishment.
Currently, rides such as Kali River Rapids, the Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover, and It’s Tough to Be a Bug are unavailable. And soon, another classic will join the list.
Starting March 29th, the Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom will close for refurbishment. This popular store sells sweet treats and Disney-themed candy on Main Street, U.S.A.
Disney has not announced how long this closure will last. The Confectionery is still on the refurbishment calendar on May 29th, which is the last day park hours are currently available.
