Are Your Suspicions Right? Marvel Studios President Confirms Connections in the Multiverse

If you caught the most recent episode of WandaVision on Disney+, you’re probably starting to realize that there’s a lot more to the sitcom show than meets the eye.

Fans are already starting to predict how the new show ties into the Marvel Multiverse. And, the President of Marvel Studios has confirmed that some upcoming Marvel releases will fold into the story.

According to Digital Spy, Kevin Feige spoke about ties to the upcoming film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. He shared that there are connections both before and after to the film, hinting that WandaVision isn’t the only Marvel release that we can predict will tie into the storyline.

Elizabeth Olsen, star of WandaVision, is confirmed to be starring in Doctor Strange 2, and Doctor Strange will be making an appearance in Spider-Man 3 as Peter Parker’s new mentor. Knowing this, connections are starting to become a bit clearer.

Things still appear a bit confusing, but the remaining episodes of WandaVision will start threading the ties between the multiverse. The character Monica Rambeau (who appeared as a child in Captain Marvel) is sure to play a significant role in the connections to come.

The first three episodes of WandaVision are streaming on Disney+ and episodes will continue to premiere every Friday. And, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to release on March 25th, 2022. We’ll keep you updated as we see more unfold in the multiverse!
