As Disneyland is in the midst of pushing back against the state of California for reopening guidelines, Disney World is still negotiating with different unions over the 28,000 Cast Member layoffs happening across the board.

Despite the huge number of employees who have lost their jobs, Disney is still trying to make new terms with unions regarding which Cast Members will be let go during this time.
According to a recent Facebook post, Unite Here! Local 362 has announced that Disney will not be laying off any Part-Time Attractions or Custodial Cast Members moving forward.

Due to the full-time displacement process that other unions have seen as well, all Attractions and Custodial employees will continue to make magic in the parks.

As more unions release information about their arrangements with Disney, we’ll be sure to give you all the details you need to know!
