We Missed Out on Disney World’s Gingerbread House, But This Hotel Gave Us A CHOCOLATE Sculpture

If you have a chance to visit Disney World during the holiday season, you’ll be able to see some incredible gingerbread displays at several Disney hotels, including Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.

However, one Disney World-area hotel, Conrad Orlando, also has a very grand edible display up in its lobby, too, and you should check it out if you have a chance.

The Conrad Orlando is the AAA Five Diamond-award winning hotel that’s part of the massive and luxurious Evermore Resort. We recently got a chance to preview some of the incredible holiday offerings at this hotel, but the hotel just recently added a new festive sculpture to its lobby…and this sculpture is completely made out of chocolate. The chocolate sculpture features three penguins, a Christmas tree, presents, and more.

Three tree has more than 1,500 petals and nearly 140 ornaments. There’s also a chocolate signpost that weighs ten pounds! And this was all created by the Conrad Orlando pastry team.

This chocolate work of art is currently on display in the hotel’s lobby to all who are staying at the hotel, visiting its spa, or dining at one of its restaurants. Here’s a video of the sculpture:

Usually this time of year, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has a giant gingerbread house in its lobby, but this year, the gingerbread house didn’t go up due to construction on the lobby. So this is a nice extra display that we can check out in the Disney World area.

While you’re visiting the sculpture, be sure to check out some of the hotel’s other holiday activities, too, like holiday-themed arts and crafts, Santa and Mrs. Claus meet and greets, special in-room elf visits, and more.

We’ll keep you updated on other goings on at Disney World hotels and beyond, so be sure to follow us for more.

This Might Be the BEST Orlando Hotel to Stay at for the Holiday Season
