The New FuelRod Max 10 Is Officially On Amazon — Our Full Review

There are tons of different ways to keep your phones alive throughout your vacation, but we almost always have a FuelRod Max10 with us at all times!

FuelRods has been a favorite of ours for years, but it recently got a redesign. It’s now a HUGE Fuel Rod portable charger that’s been completely revamped from the form we once knew it as! This is great for anyone on the go, at home, or even in the theme parks. While the initial kit is a little pricey, the huge advantage here is that you can swap it for free at Disney World, so you’re never without power!

It has multiple charging ports, a lit battery life indicator on the side, a button to turn power off and on, multiple cords for different charging ends, and it’s MagSafe, so you can magnetically charge your phone! It’s beefy — both in charge and capability. It’s got a lot more power and potential than its previous standard model, which we love. FuelRods’ biggest advantage is that you can swap them for fully charged portable chargers in Disney World, so even if they die, you can keep your phone alive. This new version will prevent frequent swapping!

While it is slightly more to carry, we appreciate all of the upgraded features, the longevity of the charge, and, again, the ability to swap them for free in the parks. We won’t be surprised if these fully replace the old version over the next few years.
