We’re at the first night of Disney Jollywood Nights in the 2025 season! From visiting all the characters to dancing away at The Tip Top Club to riding some of the most popular Disney World rides, we’re doing it all to help you prepare for your night at Hollywood Studios.

One of the best things about these specially-ticketed events is the lower crowds and ride wait times compared to regular park hours. But how busy does the park really get during Jollywood Nights? We’re finding out!
The first event of the year is taking place on November 8th. This is the only sold-out night this year (so far), so the crowds and wait times during your party night could be less than what we experienced tonight.
The event officially runs from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM, but party guests can get into the park at 5:30 PM. When we first got here, the line to get in was VERY long!

There was a huge crowd in a sectioned-off area specifically for Jollywood Nights guests right when you got through security. The line got snaked all the way around the front courtyard, past security, and around in switchbacks.

Luckily, they seemed to start scanning people into the park a bit early. This wasn’t surprising, since they would have literally run out of space for more of a line. We also got lucky that the sun was going down and wasn’t super hot!

Once we got into the park, the crowds spread out a little bit, but it’s still pretty busy since regular guests and partygoers can all be here until 7:30 PM. So expect the ride wait times to be a bit higher until then. Around 6 PM, the wait times weren’t terrible. Granted, party guests had JUST gotten into the park.

The most popular rides, including Toy Story Mania, Slinky Dog Dash, Rise of the Resistance, and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, were still around 50 minutes or less at this point.

Around 8 PM, we got in line to meet Miguel from Coco. We were VERY excited to meet him, and luckily we only had a 15-minute wait!

Later on, we started to see those wait times hit far lower times. There’s a lot of entertainment at Jollywood Nights that draws the crowd, so you can get onto rides relatively quickly. For example, about an hour into the party, Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror, Rise of the Resistance, and Slinky Dog Dash were all 30 minutes or lower!

While Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run all only had a 10-minute wait!

We also only waited about 20 minutes to meet Bing Bong, who is a NEW and rare character this year.

The party was popping at the Pixar Disco, but there wasn’t an overwhelming number of people, making this a fun and not overcrowded event.

Around 10:45 PM, the ride lines were even SHORTER!

Many rides were walk-ons, while Slinky Dog Dash jumped up to 40 minutes. That ride will likely be popular forever.

Things were really jazzy at the Twilight Soiree at the Tip Top Club! Folks gathered around for some chill holiday music. This is always a popular spot of the night.

But, as you can see, the crowds around the park are way less than during regular park hours, even on a sold-out night. That’s one of the reasons why these parties are so great!

With only half an hour left in the night, the ride wait times were WAY low. If you want to enjoy the rides during Jollywood Nights, you’ll find great opportunities to do so with very little wait.

Thanks for following along with us all night long as we brought you the most up-to-date crowd and wait time info at the first Jollywood Nights. In the meantime, keep following along with AllEars!
